Policy & FAQ

What is this sign-in for?

This kiosk records your visit for a drug test, a vehicle inspection, or a prize claim, and confirms your identity against your TLC and DMV licences.

What do I need to bring?

Your physical TLC licence and DMV licence — you'll photograph both at the kiosk. Have your phone number and email address ready, and be prepared to sign electronically.

How much does it cost?

$50.00 if you pay in cash, or $55.00 if you pay by credit card — the card price is higher to cover processing costs. Some companies cover this fee directly; check with your base if you're unsure whether you'll be asked to pay.

What if I was tested but it turns out I didn't need to be?

You'll be refunded in full. Contact the address on the Privacy Policy page with your visit date and licence number, and the refund is issued the way you paid, within 14 days.

Will I get my test result here?

No. This kiosk only records that you attended — it doesn't produce or hold test results. Your result comes from the testing provider under their own timeline, not through this sign-in.

What if my licence comes back suspended, or I'm selected for a random test?

The kiosk checks your licence numbers automatically as part of signing in. If something comes up, staff on site will explain what it means and what happens next — you don't need to do anything differently at the kiosk itself.

Do I need to worry about the NYSFTD ID card question?

Only if your company issues them. If it does, you'll be asked whether you already have a card — if not, a photo is taken on site to be printed onto one for you.

What if my other broker isn't listed?

The kiosk only lists CTG and ARRO as other brokers. If you drive for a different broker, mention it to staff on site so it's recorded correctly.

Can I use this in a language other than English?

Yes — English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Georgian, Russian, and Arabic are all available. Choose your language on the very first screen.

What if the kiosk isn't working, or I don't have a phone with a camera?

Staff on site can record your visit another way. You won't be turned away because the kiosk didn't load or your phone couldn't take a photo.
